SPICe+ Part A — Reserve Name
SPICe+ Part A is where every new company registration begins — reserving a compliant, available name before the incorporation documents are prepared.
SPICe+ Part A lets you propose up to two names for a new company in a single application, which the ROC checks against existing company names, LLPs and trademarks. Once a name is approved, it's reserved for a limited period, giving you a window to complete SPICe+ Part B — the actual incorporation filing with MOA, AOA, PAN, TAN and other registrations — before the reservation lapses.
