IEPF Compliance & Investor Refunds

Under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013, dividends that remain unpaid or unclaimed for seven years, along with the underlying shares, must be transferred to the IEPF. Companies file Form IEPF-1 for amounts credited, IEPF-2 for the statement of unclaimed amounts, and IEPF-4 for shares transferred.
