INC-22 — Notice of Registered Office
Form INC-22 is how a company formally puts its registered office address on record with the ROC — whether that's confirming the address at incorporation or notifying a later change.
Form INC-22 has two common uses. If a company was incorporated without confirming its registered office at the time of filing SPICe+, it must file INC-22 within 30 days of incorporation to confirm the address. It's also filed any time the registered office changes within the same city or town under the same ROC, supported by a board resolution and proof of address such as a utility bill and NOC from the property owner. Moves across ROC jurisdictions or states involve additional approvals before INC-22 is filed.

Why this filing gets missed
What sets our approach apart.
The 30-day window is easy to overlook
New companies focused on getting operational sometimes miss the post-incorporation confirmation deadline for a correspondence address.
Documentation requirements are specific
An outdated utility bill or missing NOC is a common reason for resubmission — we check documents before filing, not after rejection.
It's a prerequisite for other filings
Several other ROC forms and registrations reference the registered office on file, so this needs to be accurate before those are filed.
