Annual ROC Filings
Filing the annual return and financial statements every company must submit to the Registrar of Companies following its AGM each year.
Every company must file its financial statements in Form AOC-4 within thirty days of the AGM, and its annual return in Form MGT-7 (or MGT-7A for small companies and OPCs) within sixty days of the AGM. Both filings are mandatory regardless of whether the company did any business during the year, and missing the deadline attracts an additional government fee that increases the longer the delay continues.

Why these deadlines get missed
What sets our approach apart.
Two different deadlines from the same AGM
AOC-4 and MGT-7 have separate countdown clocks, both starting from the AGM date, which is easy to mix up.
Additional fees escalate with delay
The longer a filing stays overdue, the higher the additional government fee climbs.
A missed AGM delays both filings
If the AGM itself is delayed, both downstream filings slip along with it.
