Incorporation & Change Overview
Every company goes through two phases with the Registrar of Companies: getting incorporated, and then keeping every subsequent change — name, address, directors, capital, structure — properly filed. We handle both.
Incorporation is done through the SPICe+ web form, which bundles name reservation, incorporation, PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC and a bank account request into one filing. After incorporation, any change to the company's name, registered office, capital, directors or legal structure needs its own ROC form — RUN, INC-22, SH-7, DIR-12 or INC-27 among others — each with its own resolution and timeline requirements. We map the right form to the right change and file it correctly the first time.

Why work with one desk for both
What sets our approach apart.
Fewer handoffs, fewer errors
The same team that incorporated your company already holds your MOA, AOA and CIN details, so changes are filed faster and with fewer back-and-forths.
We track the right timelines
Every ROC form has its own filing window — some as short as 15 or 30 days from the resolution date. We don't let deadlines slip.
Downstream registrations don't get missed
A name or address change on the MCA record is only half the job; we also flag what needs updating with your bank, GST and licences.
