File Your INC-22

What is Form INC-22?

Form INC-22 is the notice of the situation, or a change of situation, of a company's registered office, filed with the Registrar of Companies. It is filed at incorporation if the address was not given in the SPICe+ form, and within 30 days when the registered office changes.

A change of registered office is part of our change management services, and inter-state moves use our approval services.

When INC-22 is Filed

  • Confirming the registered office at the time of incorporation.
  • Changing the office within the same city or town.
  • Shifting the office to another city within the same ROC.
  • Shifting the office to another state, with the required approvals.
  • Recording the office after a verification of the registered office.

Inter-State Office Shift

Shifting a registered office from one state to another needs a special resolution and approval from the Regional Director through Form INC-23 before Form INC-22 is filed. We handle the resolution, the RD application, and the final INC-22.
