A trademark registration certificate is issued by the Registry once an application clears examination, is published in the Trade Marks Journal without opposition for four months, and is formally registered. The certificate confirms the registration number, class, date of registration and the registered proprietor, and is generated and downloadable from the Registry's online status page once the mark is registered.
