Income Tax E-Filing: Complete ITR Filing Solutions
End-to-end ITR filing for individuals, HUFs, businesses and professionals. Real-time processing, accurate CRAM validation, and guaranteed ROI compliance — managed by ICAI-registered Chartered Accountants since 2012.
Income Tax E-Filing is the mandatory process of filing your Income Tax Return (ITR) online with the Income Tax Department. The ITR form you file depends on your income source, turnover and entity type — ITR-1 (Sahaj) for salary earners and small investors through ITR-7 for charitable trusts. Filing within the July 31 deadline ensures compliance, supports credit applications, and unlocks investment portfolio transparency. The Classic Partners handles form selection, data reconciliation, bank/demat linking, CRAM validation and e-filing coordination for individuals, HUFs, self-employed professionals and corporate directors.

Mandatory Filing
Gross income exceeding basic exemption limit (₹2.5 to ₹5 lakhs depending on age and income type), business turnover above ₹20 lakhs, or if TDS is deducted from your income.
Filing Deadline
July 31 of the assessment year is the regular deadline. An extended deadline of 5 minutes before midnight is available if filed within 5 days. The ITR must be filed before the assessment is completed.
Penalties & Consequences
Late filing attracts penalties up to ₹5000, loss of carry-forward losses, rejection of loan applications and credit rating impacts. Re-opening of assessments may occur even after 3-5 years.
Voluntary Filing
Even if not mandatory, filing demonstrates income and supports loan/credit applications, visa processes and investment documentation. Loss carry-forward is available only to those who file within deadline.
